Staff Data Scientist, Platform (Inference/Payments)

This role is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional office work.

Compensation:

$194,000 — $240,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Develop causal inference methods to measure platform impacts.
• Build evaluation methods for ML/AI model performance.
• Optimize product strategies through data-driven insights.
• Communicate findings effectively to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 9+ years in quantitative analysis or 6+ years with a PhD.
• Strong knowledge of causal inference and statistical modeling.
• Proficient in Python or R, and SQL.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
