Compensation:
$194,000 — $240,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Design loyalty mechanics and optimize customer engagement strategies.
- Conduct rigorous experimentation and causal inference to evaluate loyalty programs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, finance, and engineering teams.
- Mentor other scientists and analysts in best practices for modeling and analysis.
Requirements:
- 6+ years of experience with a PhD or 9+ years with a BS/Masters in a relevant field.
- Expertise in SQL, Python, or R.
- Strong knowledge of marketing measurement and customer lifetime value modeling.
- Experience with loyalty, retention, or CRM programs.
