Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Search Relevance & Personalization

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites.

Compensation:

$224,000 — $280,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Shape and influence the technical direction of projects.
• Define and secure stakeholder alignment on success criteria.
• Maintain effective communication with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• At least 13 years of work experience, with 11 years as a TPM.
• Experience in search relevance and recommendation systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence results.
