Senior Staff Technical Program Manager, Search Relevance & Personalization

This role is based in the United States with remote eligibility.

Compensation:

$224,000 — $280,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Shape and influence the technical direction of projects related to search and recommendations.
• Collaborate with Machine Learning engineers and product managers to develop solutions.
• Define success criteria and manage stakeholder communication.

Requirements:

• At least 13 years of work experience, with 11 years as a Technical Program Manager.
• Experience in search relevance and recommendation systems.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to influence stakeholders.
