Senior Staff Data Engineer, Marketplaces DNA

This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional work at an Airbnb office.

Compensation:

$244,000 — $305,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Own critical data at Airbnb, including Users, Listings, and Marketplaces.
• Develop and automate large scale data processing systems.
• Partner with infra teams to improve scalability and data governance.
• Design data models for optimal storage and understanding.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of SQL and expertise with Java/Scala/Spark.
• Excellent communication skills.
