Senior Software Engineer, Community Support Engineering

This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional office work.

Compensation:

$195,000 — $220,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams to develop new features.
• Lead the full development cycle including design, development, and launch.
• Build efficient backend components and practice full-stack development.
• Work with Machine Learning and Generative AI Engineers to enhance support systems.

Requirements:

• 6+ years of industry experience.
• Proficiency in back-end languages (Java/Kotlin/C++).
• Experience with AI-driven features and high-traffic products.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
