Compensation:
$191,000 — $223,000/year
Responsibilities:
- Drive the design, implementation, and improvement of the conversational AI platform.
- Collaborate with various teams to build scalable services.
- Leverage advanced ML/NLP technology to enhance customer support products.
- Design automation solutions for operational efficiency.
- Work with cross-functional teams to create end-to-end product solutions.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of industry experience with a Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in CS, or 3+ years with a PhD.
- Proficiency in back-end languages (Java/Ruby/Kotlin/C++).
- Experience in designing large-scale services or platforms.
- Familiarity with ML/NLP applications, especially LLMs, is a plus.
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
