Senior Machine Learning Engineer, Automation Platform

This position is remote eligible within the United States, with occasional office work.

Compensation:

$191,000 — $223,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Drive the design, implementation, and improvement of the conversational AI platform.
• Collaborate with various teams to build scalable services.
• Leverage ML/NLP technologies to enhance customer support products.
• Design automation solutions to improve operational efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to develop end-to-end product solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of industry experience with a Bachelor's or Master's in CS, or 3+ years with a PhD.
• Proficiency in back-end server languages (Java/Ruby/Kotlin/C++).
• Experience in designing large-scale services or platforms.
• Familiarity with ML/NLP applications, particularly LLMs, is a plus.
• Ability to collaborate in cross-functional teams.
