Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEM

This position is remote eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$139,000 — $163,000 per year

Responsibilities:

• Own the optimization and management of paid search programs across Google and Bing.
• Develop effective optimization processes and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze reports to extract insights for performance improvement.
• Coordinate with regional partners to support goals.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to connect data to outcomes.
• Excellent communication skills.
