Senior Engineering Manager – Marketplaces DNA (Data & AI)

This position is remote eligible in the United States, with potential occasional office work.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute strategy to enhance the intelligence of Guest and Host apps.
• Lead a team of ~10+ engineers across various engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams on high-impact ML initiatives.

Requirements:

• 12+ years of industry experience, including 5-7 years in engineering management.
• Proven track record in delivering scalable data and machine learning products.
• Exceptional people management and mentorship skills.
