Senior Engineering Manager – Marketplaces DNA (Data & AI)

This position is US - Remote Eligible with occasional office work.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Define and execute strategy to improve Guest and Host apps.
• Lead a team of ~10+ engineers across various engineering disciplines.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, and Data Science teams.

Your Expertise:

• 12+ years of industry experience, with 5-7 years in engineering management.
• Proven track record in shipping scalable data and machine learning products.
• Exceptional people management and mentorship skills.
