Senior Engineering Manager, Infrastructure

This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites.

Compensation:

$244,000 — $305,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Maintain a high-performing engineering culture focused on technical excellence and inclusion.
• Drive the adoption of agile development processes.
• Shape and execute the Service Platform strategy.
• Manage and inspire a distributed team of engineers.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience.
• Experience with service-oriented architecture (SOA).
• Proven ability to build collaborative teams.
