Senior Engineering Manager – Community Support Engineering

This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional work at an Airbnb office.

Compensation:

$244,000 — $305,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Establish a high-performing engineering culture focused on technical excellence.
• Partner with product leaders to influence technical strategy.
• Drive agile development processes for high-quality outcomes.
• Manage and inspire a distributed team of engineers.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience, including 2+ years at a manager-of-managers level.
• Expertise in large-scale backend systems or enterprise applications.
• Experience in agile engineering processes and continuous improvement.
• Strong communication skills and ability to lead high-performing teams.
