Senior Data Scientist, Pricing

This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional work at an Airbnb office.

Compensation:

$177,000 — $208,000/year

Responsibilities:

• Develop pricing guidance systems and measure the impact of pricing features.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Product, Engineering, and Analytics.
• Write software (Python, SQL, R) for modeling and analysis.
• Communicate insights clearly to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience with a BS/masters degree, or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Strong coding skills in SQL and either Python or R.
• Experience with experimentation and causal analysis.
• Excellent communication skills.
