Senior Data Scientist, Marketplace

This position is US - Remote Eligible, with occasional office work as needed.

Compensation:

$177,000 — $208,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Build data products and inference frameworks to support marketplace growth.
• Develop models to forecast marketplace metrics and inform decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data science insights.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience or 2+ years with a PhD.
• Strong background in economics, statistics, and experimentation.
• Proficiency in Python or R and SQL for data analysis.
• Experience with causal inference and machine learning techniques.
