Program Manager, Community Support

This position is US - Remote Eligible.

Compensation:

$129,000 — $152,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Implement cross-functional programs aligning with strategic goals.
• Manage stakeholder alignment and project execution.
• Develop and monitor project plans, addressing issues proactively.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent; 4+ years in customer service.
• Experience in managing complex projects in customer service environments.
• Strong organizational and collaboration skills.
