Responsibilities:

• Build relationships with hosts and provide timely support.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews to identify growth opportunities.
• Advise hosts based on Airbnb’s product and host pain points.
• Run educational programs like webinars and campaigns.

Requirements:

• Currently in a Master’s program with a strong academic background.
• Experience in partnerships, account management, or customer-facing roles is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a curious mindset.
• Local knowledge of the London market.
