Manager, Engineering – Payments (Tooling)

Compensation:
₹6,600,000 — ₹9,400,000 INR/year
Responsibilities:
- Lead the Payments Operational Tooling team to develop and maintain web-based tools and backend services.
- Collaborate with stakeholders in the US to align strategies and technical directions.
- Enhance team culture and communication, and represent the team in leadership meetings.
- Recruit and mentor engineers to build a strong engineering team.
Requirements:
- BS, MS or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in technical management.
- Experience in building payments systems and managing global teams.
- Strong coding abilities and experience with service-oriented architecture.
