Manager, Engineering – Payments (Tooling)

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Compensation:

₹6,600,000 — ₹9,400,000 INR

Responsibilities:

• Lead the Payments Operational Tooling team to enhance payment-related tools for customer support.
• Collaborate with stakeholders in the US to align strategies and technical directions.
• Foster a strong team culture and improve collaboration.
• Recruit and mentor engineers to build effective teams.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in technical management.
• Experience in building payment systems and managing global teams.
• Strong coding skills and experience in service-oriented architecture.

Tech stack:

Java, web-based frontend tools.
