Manager, Engineering – Payments (AI/ML)

This role is based in Bangalore, India.

Responsibilities:

• Set direction and priorities for AI platform development.
• Guide technical decisions for scalable platform components.
• Improve AI Ops and system observability.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team.
• Communicate platform impact and reliability.

Requirements:

• 7–10+ years of software engineering experience.
• 3–5+ years in leadership or tech lead roles.
• Experience with production backend/infrastructure/ML systems.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and AI Ops is highly desired.
• Strong product mindset and stakeholder communication skills.
