Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of Operations Engineers; set goals, coach, run on-call, and plan capacity for 24x7 coverage.
- Own operational execution, oversee ticket queues and SLAs; drive continuous improvement in MTTA/MTTR.
- Elevate observability and lead incident management in the region.
- Drive Shift Left and operational readiness initiatives.
- Manage budgets and vendors supporting operations initiatives.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT Operations engineering and support management.
- Proven expertise in complex corporate production environments, including observability and cloud technologies.
- Exceptional project management and interpersonal skills.
- Hands-on experience with automation and continuous delivery processes.
