Responsibilities:
- Lead the team in developing operational tooling and API integrations.
- Recruit and build a team of engineers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to align strategies and technical directions.
- Represent the Cities team in leadership meetings.
- Drive initiatives to improve team culture and communication.
Requirements:
- BS, MS or Ph.D. in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of engineering experience, with 4+ years in technical management.
- Strong coding skills and experience with large-scale applications.
- Experience in service-oriented architecture (SOA).
- Proven track record in building engineering teams and mentoring members.
