This role is based in the United States as part of Airbnb's 2026 Summer Intern Program from June 1, 2026 - August 21, 2026.

Compensation:

$48-$50/hour

Responsibilities:

Support various legal functions including Intellectual Property, Corporate, Commercial, Marketing, Product, Privacy, Payments, Litigation, Regulatory/Policy, Insurance, and Employment.

Requirements:

  • First-year law students (Juris Doctorate) enrolled full-time at a nationally-accredited law school.
  • Strong interest in in-house legal practice.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented and organized.
  • Work authorization for employment in the United States is required.
