LATAM Senior Growth Marketing Manager, SEM (Brazil)

This role is based in Brazil and focuses on leading SEM initiatives for the LATAM region.

Compensation:

R$22.000 — R$27.500 BRL/month

Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize Airbnb’s SEM program across Google and local search engines.
• Develop effective optimization processes and identify growth opportunities.
• Analyze performance data to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with regional partners to support country goals.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in growth marketing and SEM management.
• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese.
• Proficiency in SQL and Excel.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
