Compensation:
$160,000 — $200,000 per year
Responsibilities:
- Define and execute lifecycle strategies to convert guest interest into bookings.
- Lead personalized email and push programs to guide guests to relevant stays and experiences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize programs and identify new opportunities.
- Manage lifecycle campaigns using performance insights for optimization.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of B2C CRM/lifecycle experience in consumer or e-commerce environments.
- Strong understanding of CRM strategy and lifecycle systems.
- Proficient in SQL and analytical tools.
- Exceptional project management and prioritization skills.
