Compensation:

$160,000 — $200,000 per year

Responsibilities:

  • Define and execute lifecycle strategies to convert guest interest into bookings.
  • Lead personalized email and push programs to guide guests to relevant stays and experiences.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize programs and identify new opportunities.
  • Manage lifecycle campaigns using performance insights for optimization.

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of B2C CRM/lifecycle experience in consumer or e-commerce environments.
  • Strong understanding of CRM strategy and lifecycle systems.
  • Proficient in SQL and analytical tools.
  • Exceptional project management and prioritization skills.
