Engineering Manager – Tax Platform

This position is US - Remote Eligible.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Manage and scale the Tax Engineering team to adapt to evolving regulatory needs.
• Establish a technical vision and align engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Recruit and build a team of engineers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and excellence.
• Collaborate with various departments including Product, Operations, and Legal.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of relevant engineering experience and 4+ years in technical management.
• Experience with large service-oriented architectures (SOA).
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience in building Tax programs is a plus.
