Responsibilities:
- Manage and scale the Tax Engineering team to adapt to evolving regulatory needs.
- Establish a technical vision and align engineering and cross-functional teams.
- Recruit and build a team of engineers, fostering a culture of craftsmanship and excellence.
- Collaborate with various departments including Product, Operations, and Legal.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant engineering experience and 4+ years in technical management.
- Experience with large service-oriented architectures (SOA).
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience in building Tax programs is a plus.
