Engineering Manager – Tax Platform

This position is remote eligible within the United States.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of engineers to build a scalable tax platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Operations, Product, and Legal.
• Recruit and develop engineering talent while fostering a culture of excellence.
• Establish technical vision and align with stakeholders.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of engineering experience with 4+ years in technical management.
• Experience in large service-oriented architectures.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with tax programs is a plus.
