Engineering Manager, Guest & Host

Compensation:

£120,000 — £150,000 GBP

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team to operate and improve co-hosting services and platform.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to develop new product experiences.
• Strengthen partnerships with stakeholders in Engineering, Design, and Product.
• Recruit and nurture engineering talent.
• Foster an inclusive team culture.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of engineering management experience.
• Deep expertise with backend systems and complex data modeling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Strong collaboration skills.
