Engineering Manager, Guest & Host (Host Listings & Quality)

As the Engineering Manager for the Insights Platform on Airbnb's Guest & Host team, you'll lead the system that decides what every host is told about improving their earnings, quality and listings. It delivers that guidance across email, push notifications, in-product experiences, dashboards and conversational agents. You'll lead a team of senior and staff engineers across data engineering, machine learning and backend through the platform's next evolution: from batch to real-time and from rules-based to model-driven, with AI-assisted insight creation and personalization at its core.
