Engineering Manager, Data Frameworks

This position is remote eligible within the United States, with occasional office work as agreed upon.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD per year

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of software engineers building core data platform capabilities.
• Define a multi-year vision for data production and consumption.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to improve data reliability.
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of ownership.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software development experience, including 3-5 years in a management role.
• Experience with distributed systems and application-layer APIs.
• Proficiency in technologies like Apache Kafka, GraphQL, and Apache Spark.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
