Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
  • Drive adoption of data services and deliver scalable solutions.
  • Improve team processes for collaboration and execution.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

  • 9+ years of software engineering experience, with 3–5+ years managing teams.
  • Strong proficiency with Java/Kotlin, distributed systems, and data processing frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a commitment to operational excellence.

Java, Kotlin, Kafka, SQS, GraphQL, Spark, Flink, Redis, ElasticSearch, Cassandra, MySQL.
