Engineering Manager, CS Data Services

This role is remote eligible in the United States.

Compensation:

$204,000 — $255,000 USD

Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing engineering team.
• Drive adoption of data services and deliver scalable solutions.
• Improve team processes and lead complex, cross-functional projects.

Requirements:

• 9+ years of software engineering experience, with 3–5+ years managing teams.
• Strong proficiency in Java/Kotlin, distributed systems, and data processing frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills and a track record of delivering complex initiatives.
