This role is a contractor position for 18 months, based in the United States with remote eligibility.

Compensation:

$140—$150/hour

Responsibilities:

  • Model and analyze regulatory impact
  • Support statistical models and machine learning algorithms
  • Assist in data collection and preparation
  • Write and maintain code for data processing
  • Create visualizations to convey research findings
  • Prepare summaries and contribute to presentations

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Economics, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (PhD preferred)
  • 2+ years of experience in data modeling and analysis
  • Proficiency in R/Python, SQL, and data visualization tools
  • Strong understanding of statistical concepts
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly
  • Experience with causal inference techniques
  • Exposure to policy and economics domains
