START Service Technician (Spring 2026)

What to Expect:
The START program is designed for those with existing automotive experience, combining in-class theory, hands-on labs, and self-paced learning.
Responsibilities:
- Dedicate a minimum of 40 hours per week to training, including service center shadowing.
- Engage in instructor-led training to understand Tesla vehicles.
- Collaborate in a team environment during lab and lecture activities.
- Prioritize safety and maintain organization.
- Handle multiple priorities and meet weekly curriculum objectives.
- Maintain a professional rapport with instructors.
Requirements:
- Must pass training sessions with an 80% or higher GPA.
- Willingness to relocate after program completion.
- Ability to lift up to 60 pounds.
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail.
- Team-oriented with a safety-first attitude.
