2026 Summer Internship, Talent Acquisition (New York City)

This internship is based in New York City and will last for approximately 10 weeks starting in mid-June 2026.

Compensation:

$32/hour

Responsibilities:

• Support recruiters with day-to-day recruitment-related activities.
• Proactively find opportunities to improve processes and enhance the candidate journey.
• Handle administrative tasks related to recruitment with care and accuracy.
• Ensure all recruitment activities are accurately tracked in the applicant tracking system.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Behavioral Sciences, Business, or a related field.
• Graduation year of 2026 or 2027.
• Valid work authorization in the U.S. from June to August 2026.
• Strong communication skills and a learning mindset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to change.
