Lead Ads Product Marketing Manager (12-Month Fixed Term)

This role is based in Sydney, Australia.

Responsibilities:

  • Build the ads product go to market strategy for your region in collaboration with Product Marketing, Business Marketing, and Sales teams.
  • Assess regional capabilities and opportunities through strategic analysis.
  • Represent the voice of the region and ensure awareness of regional pain points.
  • Drive cross-functional alignment and track success metrics.
  • Use data to drive adoption of strategic product priorities.
  • Educate internal and external teams on Pinterest’s ads product solutions.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of product marketing and/or brand marketing experience.
  • Ability to autonomously build and execute local strategies.
  • Strong communication skills at executive and team levels.
  • Analytical skills leveraging qualitative and quantitative data.
  • Understanding of the APAC digital marketing space.
  • Collaborative mindset with problem-solving abilities.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • A passion for Pinterest.

In-Office Requirement:

This role requires in-person collaboration typically 2 days per week, necessitating a commutable distance to the Sydney office.
