Project Manager, Recruiting Operations

Compensation:

$190K – $240K + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

  • Own delivery end-to-end: Manage scope, risks, dependencies, and timelines across multiple initiatives.
  • Operationalize recruiting strategy: Translate Lead priorities into roadmaps and measurable outcomes.
  • Run the operating system: Build visibility mechanisms to keep work moving.
  • Lead process and change efforts: Map workflows and drive adoption through enablement.
  • Deliver tooling and systems improvements: Lead requirements and rollout for recruiting systems.
  • Use data to guide decisions: Define KPIs and continuously improve.
  • Align cross-functional partners: Coordinate across various teams to unblock work.
  • Act as a strike team resource: Stabilize execution on high-priority initiatives.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in project/program management or operations.
  • Proven success leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
  • Strong ability to turn ambiguity into clear plans.
  • Experience building operating rhythms and program infrastructure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
