Program Manager, M&A Recruiting | People

This role is based in San Francisco or remote within the SF Bay Area.

Compensation:

$216K – $240K/year + Offers Equity

Responsibilities:

• Lead and scale M&A People XFN workstream program, managing timelines and candidate experiences.
• Build playbooks and processes for increasing deal volume and complexity.
• Deliver high-impact candidate experiences and cultural events.
• Partner with senior leaders and navigate sensitive situations.
• Conduct post-mortem retrospectives for process improvement.
• Liaise with Recruiting Operations to enhance M&A recruiting processes.

We're Seeking:

• 8+ years of relevant industry experience, including 4 years in M&A program management.
• Strong project management and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to operate with discretion.
