Compensation:

$148,000 - $304,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative, data-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of Sourcers.
  • Maximize the effectiveness of sourcing tools and technologies.
  • Establish key sourcing metrics and provide insights to leadership.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand complex hiring needs.
  • Refine the end-to-end sourcing process.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years in Talent Acquisition with 3+ years in a Sourcing role.
  • 2+ years in a leadership or people management role.
  • Track record of developing data-driven sourcing strategies.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Eightfold CRM and Workday ATS.
  • Background in high-growth technology or startup environments.
  • Familiarity with workforce planning and headcount forecasting.
