Compensation:

$168,000 - $258,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Develop go-to-market strategy for new GPU value-added service offerings.
  • Identify service gaps, define product requirements, and lead operational execution.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to monitor service sales and adoption processes.
  • Manage service portfolio and deliver regular business updates.
  • Align key stakeholders for successful service launches.
  • Implement solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business or technical field.
  • 8+ years in product management or service-related field.
  • Understanding of NVIDIA Partner Ecosystem.
  • Experience in service logistics and support service product development.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ambitious and self-motivated with a passion for technology.

Preferred:

  • Experience in enterprise support services or business development.
  • Knowledge of AI trends and generative AI tools.
  • Master’s or MBA preferred.
