What you'll be doing:

  • Developing new features for Aerial L1 and L2 Software
  • Optimizing CPU, GPU and NIC sub-systems for low-latency and maximum efficiency
  • Implementing performance verification tools and monitoring performance regressions
  • Collaborating with teams to solve performance bottlenecks
  • Benchmarking performance use-cases on various platforms

What we need to see:

  • BS/MS or PhD in a relevant field with extensive experience
  • Strong software design and debugging skills
  • Hands-on experience with performance analysis and optimization
  • Experience with programming latency-sensitive applications on CPUs and GPUs
  • Deep knowledge of CPU, DSP, or GPU architecture
  • Familiarity with data science and visualization tools
  • Experience in programming/scripting languages: C/C++, Python, shell scripting

Ways to stand out:

  • Experience in designing firmware timelines for wireless SoCs
  • Experience in massive MIMO algorithm implementation
  • Track record in E2E design/testing of signal processing algorithms
  • Experience in field support/Network Optimization
  • Willingness to learn about next-generation GPU operations
