Product Manager, Internal Project Management Platforms

This role is based in Santa Clara, CA or remote.

Compensation:

$208,000 - $327,750/year

Responsibilities:

  • Define product vision and strategy for internal platforms.
  • Evolve the platform to support multiple execution models.
  • Drive workflow standardization and guidelines.
  • Conduct user discovery and analysis to improve usability.
  • Define product requirements and success metrics.
  • Collaborate with TPMs, Engineering, and UX teams.
  • Advocate for a user-centered approach.
  • Enable cross-team alignment and communication.

Requirements:

  • B.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science or related field.
  • 12+ years of experience in technical product management.
  • Experience with internal platforms or complex workflow tools.
  • Deep understanding of engineering workflows.
  • Proven ability to optimize processes across various models.
  • Strong internal customer empathy.
  • Analytical approach to defining success measures.
  • Track record of influencing internal customers.

Ways To Stand Out:

  • Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Engineering/CS).
  • Certifications such as PMP, Six Sigma/Lean, Scrum Product Owner.
