This role is based in Sydney, Australia.
Responsibilities:
You will own, investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating within and across teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools and practices.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
- 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, and Cloud products like Azure, Office 365.
Core Skills Include:
- Ability to troubleshoot common Intune issues.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
Additional Information:
Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
