This role is based in Sydney, Australia.
Responsibilities:
• Own, investigate, and solve customer technical issues.
• Collaborate within and across teams using troubleshooting tools.
• Lead or participate in building communities with peer delivery roles.
• Identify potential product defects and escalate appropriately.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field AND 3+ years experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• 2+ years experience in a customer-facing role and on technical projects.
Core Skills Include:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Microsoft Entra ID, Azure, and Office 365.
- Ability to troubleshoot common Intune issues.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and advanced troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with networking concepts and protocols.
Australian Citizenship is required for this role.
