Qualifications:

- 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT support.
- 3+ years in a customer-facing role.
Core Skills Include:
- Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and related cloud products.
- Ability to troubleshoot common Intune issues.
- Experience with Windows Autopilot and advanced troubleshooting.
