Technical Support Engineer - Intune

This position is based in Sydney, Australia, with a work site requirement of 3 days per week in-office.

Responsibilities:

You will own, investigate, and solve customer technical issues, collaborating with teams and leveraging troubleshooting tools.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field.
• 4+ years of experience in cloud/infrastructure technologies or IT support.
• 3+ years in a customer-facing role.

Core Skills Include:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Intune and related cloud products.
• Ability to troubleshoot common Intune issues.
• Experience with Windows Autopilot and advanced troubleshooting.
