Compensation:

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $119,800 - $234,700 per year.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered search capabilities.
  • Engage with security practitioners to gather insights and translate findings into product requirements.
  • Partner with engineering teams to shape technical direction for search infrastructure.
  • Drive cross-team partnerships to establish shared vision and coordinated execution.
  • Orchestrate end-to-end execution with engineering, design, and partner teams.
  • Shape rollout plans and ensure robust customer support.
  • Represent the effort within Teams and with partners across Microsoft.

Qualifications:

Required:

  • Bachelor's Degree AND 5+ years experience in product/service/program management or software development.
  • 2+ years of proven product sense with a track record in complex environments.

Preferred:

  • Technical acumen to engage with engineers on system design.
  • Experience in cybersecurity or threat intelligence domains.
