Responsibilities:

  • Manage the execution of planning and development of the integrated master schedule for major projects.
  • Oversee and manage portfolio and program level schedules, building detailed schedules from inception to completion.
  • Develop schedule mitigation strategies and report on schedule issues to management.
  • Coordinate with all segments and functional organizations for alignment with organizational processes.
  • Establish and maintain standard detailed project delivery schedule templates.
  • Monitor, analyze, and provide direction on the health, risks, and progress of the schedule.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Operations, Finance or related field.
  • Experience in program management, process management, and process improvement.
  • Proficient user of Oracle P6 or other industry scheduling platforms.
  • Expertise in schedule analysis and CPM methodology.
  • Data analysis experience and creative problem-solving skills.

Other Requirements:

  • Ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements.
