Responsibilities:

  • Own end-to-end design execution for product areas, from problem definition through design and delivery.
  • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Engineering to shape feasible solutions.
  • Leverage AI tools to enhance design outcomes.
  • Translate research insights into actionable design improvements.
  • Create and test prototypes to validate concepts.
  • Craft compelling design narratives connecting design decisions to user needs.
  • Seek feedback and contribute positively to team culture.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Portfolio demonstrating strong design fundamentals.
  • Proficiency with design and prototyping tools, including Figma.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills.
