Overview:

As a Principal Software Engineering Manager in the Azure Boost SSD team, you will lead the design and delivery of engineering innovations aimed at improving storage performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead design and delivery of next-gen Azure Boost SSDs for higher performance and availability.
  • Mentor a team of engineers and drive technical excellence.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect scalable solutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field and 6+ years of technical engineering experience.
  • Experience in developing cloud-scale production software and system design.
  • People management experience preferred.
