Overview:

As a Principal Product Designer, you will shape the future of AI-powered experiences, working on intelligent web experiences across various Microsoft products.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and drive end-to-end experience strategy for complex product areas
  • Translate AI capabilities into human-centered interactions
  • Prototype rapidly across different fidelity levels
  • Lead system-level thinking and evolve design systems
  • Partner with product and engineering leaders to deliver cohesive experiences

Qualifications:

  • Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 6+ or 8+ years of experience respectively
  • Experience designing complex consumer products at scale
  • Strong visual and interaction design skills
  • Fluency with modern AI tools and design workflows
